Terms of Service

1. Services Precision Works Detailing provides professional mobile automotive detailing services including, but not limited to: interior detailing, exterior detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, and add-on services. All services are performed at the customer’s provided location unless otherwise agreed.

2. Appointments & Cancellations Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of deposit. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payment Terms Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments via card, digital wallets, or other authorized platforms.

4. Vehicle Condition Disclosure Customers must disclose: existing damage, modifications, pet hair, or hazardous materials. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues caused by undisclosed conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability While we take the highest level of care, Precision Works Detailing is not liable for: pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or incidental damage. Customers agree to inspect vehicle upon completion.

6. Satisfaction Policy If not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns.

7. Mobile Service Disclaimer Customer must provide: safe working space, access to vehicle, clear area around vehicle. We are not responsible for delays due to access issues or unsafe conditions.

8. SMS & Communications Consent By submitting your phone number through our website, quote form, or other means, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Precision Works Detailing. These messages may include: appointment scheduling and confirmations, service updates and reminders, occasional promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance. Reply STOP to opt out. Consent is not required to purchase goods or services. Mobile information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. It may be shared only with service providers assisting in message delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

10. Changes to Terms We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. Carrier Liability Disclaimer Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

12. Age Restriction By using our services or opting in to SMS, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.
